About this stay

The Caretaker's Cottage is a cozy house located next to a pasture and between two small streams in the middle of historic London Spring Ranch. Close proximity to Utah Highway 40 allows for quick access to Heber City, Midway and Park City as well as surrounding lakes and ski resorts. In the spring and summer, guests have the opportunity to tour the original dairy barn. There is a small, fenced patio and yard attached to the cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay in the caretaker's cottage. It's an older, cozy cottage with plenty of charm and everything we needed. The fenced yard was perfect for my dog, and we appreciated the back deck, barbecue, comfortable furnishings, plenty of linens,…

I saw reviews about the noisy freeway was a bit hesitant t first. Honestly it’s not bad at all, turned on the fan and completely helped drown out the noise. It was a nice cute older cottage! Great location.

We loved our stay, especially watching the comings and goings of the family of European Starlings that had nested in the bird house just 8 feet away from the back door.
